Do I need to create an account?
The app uses an anonymous account identifier and does not ask for an email address or password during sign-in.
Why does the app ask for my location?
Location helps show nearby sightings, suggest stores and place approved sightings on the map. You can choose a browsing area manually where available.
What if a sighting is gone?
Mark it gone in the app. That quick update can save the next shopper a wasted drive and keeps community reports more useful.
